(NetDragon Websoft) visited the Office of the Vocational Education Commission (OVEC) to discuss cooperation in E-Sports, Artificial Intelligence (AI), online teaching and learning, and student exchange programs between Thailand and China.
During the visit, Mr. Yosaphon Wenugoset, Secretary-General of the Vocational Education Commission, assigned Mr. Witawat Panjamawat, Deputy Secretary-General of OVEC, to welcome the delegation at OVEC’s reception room. Attendees included Ms. Zhou Lili, Ms. Li Rongling, Ms. Xu Ying, Ms. Chen Yan, Ms. Zhang Xiaoxia, Ms. Lu Yingfei, Mr. Zhuang Yuan, and Mr. Han Peixi from the Fuzhou Vocational and Technical College of Software and NetDragon Websoft, as well as Mr. Ratrisawat Thananan, Advisor on Industrial Vocational Education Standards, and Ms. Thipawan Wongsa-wichian, Deputy Director of the Office of Vocational and Professional Standards for Civil Servants and Personnel.
The discussion focused on strategies to develop and enhance the skills of vocational students in the field of digital technology, particularly AI Animation — a key skill in the creative economy era with high potential in the global labor market. OVEC plans to develop an Online Short Course in AI Animation to provide teachers, students, and educational personnel with the opportunity to learn about integrated technologies combining AI, Motion Design, and Virtual Production.
With its expertise and advanced technology, the Fuzhou Vocational and Technical College of Software will collaborate with NetDragon Websoft — a leader in EdTech and VR Animation — to support the development of AI learning platforms and a VR/AR ecosystem for application in Thailand’s education sector.
OVEC intends to expand this cooperation into long-term projects such as joint curriculum development (Joint Program), teacher exchange programs, teaching material development, and international AI Animation skills competitions. This initiative is part of the "Advance Vocational, Advance Digital Thailand" strategy, aimed at equipping Thai youth with future-ready skills aligned with global labor market demands.
Sino-Thai Education Technology Co., Ltd. is proud to be part of driving Thailand–China educational collaboration and remains committed to enhancing the capabilities of youth and personnel in the field of digital technology.
